My internship with FD was remarkable. I appreciated the initiatives and innovativeness in Photovoltaic Business, Project Management and Power Plant Designing. More so, I was amazed by how much I grasped within few weeks. I was happy to be a part of their team. I thank everyone in FD for the hospitality.
I have learned a lot about PV business. Regarding the know-how and the competiveness of FDC’s PV system in terms of cost, I expect a huge business opportunity for FD in my country, Sao Tome and Principle in the future. The knowledge I gained from this internship will be very useful for my future career.
The internship with FD Corporation was a remarkable experience. It gave me a broad perspective about solar technology, especially solar (PV) plants. Technically I have learned about solar plant components and plant designing, business-wise I have also learned FD’s business attitude.
My understanding for solar energy and renewable energies in general was very limited. However, this internship has given me an incredible amount of knowledge in this field which has exceeded my expectation. It has been an eye-opening learning experience for me.
I spent wonderful days at FD Corporation. I learned about PV components, construction, and visited power plants. The main object was to design PV plants to minimize any kind of losses. The success of the internship has been triumphant. It is a more significant opportunity to understand the organization and commitment of Japanese employees with the Company’s business, goals, results, sustainability and so on, making their business more profitable.
The experience was a great one. The amount of learning was priceless for my professional development. I appreciated the opportunity to learn and experience Japanese working culture. Everyday the program was designed so that the learning is maximized. I will definitely use the skills acquired here in my future career.
Working with FD staff during my summer internship made one of my best moments in Japan. The courtesy, dedication to work and determination to grow the business and break into the african market inspired a lot. It was amazing how much knowledge I acquired in the space of one week. The Japanese work culture is really worth adopting. Going forward, I see FD playing a key role in powering Africa and other regions.
I spent two days in the training not enough to know all technical details but long enough to get the general idea about FD. Thanks to Mr. Tomoko, who showed me the technical side of the company, comprehensive enough to understand the company’s focus on quality and profit maximization. The next day’s dinner granted me a glance into the company’s social life. I had so much fun and I laughed a lot, thanks to the colleagues.
